Couples Therapy
Every couple faces moments when communication breaks down or distance grows. These times can feel painful — yet they also hold the potential for healing and deeper connection. My role is to help you and your partner understand what’s happening beneath the surface so that you can move toward each other with more empathy, trust, and clarity.
My Approach
I bring over 40 years of experience as a psychotherapist to my work with couples. My approach is insight-oriented, compassionate, and effective, helping partners move from blame and frustration to curiosity and mutual understanding.
Drawing from psychodynamic, relational, CBT, and mindfulness traditions, I help couples:
Communicate more effectively
Rebuild trust and intimacy
Navigate conflict with empathy
Heal from emotional injuries or betrayal
Find renewed joy and closeness
Discuss and find solutions to sexual issues
A Space for Growth
In couples therapy, both partners are held in mind with equal care. Together we look at your patterns, explore where they come from, and begin to shift them — so that you can feel more connected, secure, and alive in your relationship.
An opportunity to slow down, speak honestly, and listen in new ways—opening a path to lasting change.
Begin Your Work Together
Whether you’re in crisis or simply want to strengthen your bond, couples therapy can help you rediscover what brought you together — and build a relationship that feels more authentic and sustaining.
